	Organising Four outfield players take turns hitting various balls in from both flanks, in motion and from different positions, to the front of the goal. Of the other three outfield players, one is a defender who marks, one is a defender who counter-attacks and one is an attacker. The attacker runs towards the goal in order to finish immediately or from any rebounds. The goalkeeper tries to take the ball and launch a counter-attack. Learning The goalkeeper practises his/her positioning when the ball is on the flank. Variations Different number of players.

	Organising A goalkeeper practises with two outfield players or e.g. a coach and another goalkeeper. Hit in various balls in front of goal from different positions on either flank, to an attacker who is running towards goal to finish immediately or from any rebounds. The goalkeeper tries to take the ball. If there are two goalkeepers training, they should swap roles after a while. Learning The goalkeeper practises his/her positioning when the ball is on the flank. Variations Greater degree of difficulty.
